Shipping & Returns FAQ's

Lead time or manufacturing time varies depending on the time of year. It is usually between 6 - 12 business days. Peak summer months and Christmas Season can extend to 8-15 days. Please remember each saber is assembled by hand and can take some time.

We ship worldwide!

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method that you choose. We are based in Europe and USA and aim to have orders delivered within 5 -7 business days using Express methods and around 10-12 days with standard post. The shipping time excludes the manufacturing process of 6-15 business days depending on the time of the year.

Shipping is free when you spend over €150 and it's shipped via express! We have an amazing relationship with DHL and FedEx that allows us to cover the shipping costs for you whilst providing incredibly fast shipping globally!

We package your order with care to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. It is always important to check the content of a parcel/package in the presence of a courier. In the event that your items are damaged during shipment, please contact our support team within 10 days. Please email with pictures of your damaged saber and packaging, along with your order number. Please do not throw anything out until after we request you to.

Unfortunately, due to the shipping companies' restrictions on delivery to the above addresses, we might not able to send your order. We suggest using a regular address when placing an order with us. However this may not always be the case, if you have already placed an order please contact our support team so that we can check if the shipping company is able to deliver your package.

If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact customer service for assistance at

For this reason, every order that leaves our shop is inspected by an in-house team of talented staff and is carefully checked for quality and craftsmanship. If you are unhappy with your product, please let us know. At Lightsaber FX were passionate about creating a special customer experience and a high level of service and would like the chance to make things right.



You may return any Lightsaber FX product within 30 calendar days of purchase and be fully entitled to receive a 100% refund on it. Our lightsabers are backed up a 1 year warranty. The product is eligible for return if it is in the original state and the mounting system has not been used.

Returns need to be sent at the customer’s cost, the location may vary as we continue to expand our operations. Please contact customer support on a location closest to you by emailing 


Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your product. Please include the following details:


- your name

- a detailed description of the problem

- your order number

- some pictures of the issue

- any additional info you feel relevant

To be eligible for a return, your lightsaber must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.

Once we receive the package, we will aim to refund you within 21 days of cancellation. However in most cases in a much shorter timeframe. If you experience any problems please email us at 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
