To create an account please go to the top of the website homepage next to the cart where you should see ‘Login’. Fill in the required information, your user name, email address, first and last name and next create your password. Finally, please select the ‘Create an account’ button located below the registration form.

Yes. Lightsaber FX has an extremely strict policy on this and respects your privacy, therefore, we will never distribute any of your personal information that is submitted on our site. Please read more about our Privacy Policy here.

To delete your account please go to ‘Account setting’. On that page you will find ‘Deactivate account’ button.

Yes, always. As soon as you place any Lightsaber FX order we send the confirmation e-mail. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam folder to make sure it didn’t get lost there.

You can pay with your credit card or via PayPal. Payments are made in USD, EUR, GBP, DKK, SEK, CHF. If you choose a different currency than mentioned above, the final charge is made in EUR at the exchange rate of your bank.

Please enter a discount code to the discount code box located just below the order details in the cart. Please make sure you enter a discount code before checking out.

If you plan to purchase at least 5+ lightsabers at once, please contact us at lightsaberfxstore@gmail.com. We will be able to offer you a tailor-made solution based on your needs. One of our customer care representatives will reply back within 48 hours with a solution for your needs.

Yes, but only within 24h after placing an order. We move things pretty fast here to ensure you receive your lightsaber quickly!

Once canceled we will aim to refund you within 28 days of cancellation. However in most cases in a much shorter timeframe.

Highly unlikely as we produce in-house and ship from our workshops based in Europe and the USA. However, there can be a small possibility this may occur depending on the destination, and the value of the order. The amount depends on a specific countries regulations. Any costs related to customs duties shall be paid by the buyer.
