Our lightsabers come with an electronics 1 year warranty. The warranty covers LED lighting system failure, faulty internal hardware/wiring, Soundboard failure, and blade film quality issues. The warranty does not cover water submersion, a failure that can be traced to an attempt at overdriving the LED lighting system, a failure that can be identified as obvious physical neglect or any damage resulting from general abuse. The hilt and blade also includes a 1 year guarantee warranty.

Yes! There's no need to buy multiple colors for your saber, our lightsaber has 11 built-in colors that are easily changeable by using the power button each time you want a different color.

The 11 Built-in Lightsaber Colors are Blazing Red, Fire Orange, Adegan Silver, Sentinel Yellow, Consular Green, Guardian Blue, Ruby Red, Artic Blue, Violet Amethyst, Fuscia Pink and Sunriders Destiny Cyan.

Base lit models are Powered by a 12W Bright RGB LED bulb, more than enough to light up a dark room. Xenopixel (Neopixel) Models are Powered by a powerful 50W Ultra-Bright Neo pixel Strip (containing 144 LED's) for the most realistic lightsaber effect - over 4 times brighter than our standard RGB model blades. Neopixel blades feature an impressive scrolling light effect when turning on and off.

The blade can be easily detached from the hilt for easy transportation. All tools to assemble the lightsaber are provided.

To Awaken:

Tap the power button to activate lightsaber. Hold down the power button for 1 second. A sound will activate and the light ring around the power button will illuminate.

To Turn Off:

While Awake, hold down the power button for 4 seconds to turn Lightsaber fully off.

To Awaken:

Hold down the power button for 1 second. A sound will activate and the light ring around the power button will illuminate.

For Sleep Mode & Turn Off:

While Awake, hold down the power button for 1.5 seconds for sleep mode only. Hold the power button down for 10 seconds to turn Lightsaber fully off. Letting the lightsaber sit idle for 10 minutes will also turn off the lightsaber fully

While the lightsaber is awake, hold the power button down for 2 seconds, Immediately after the second blade flash, release and quickly tap and hold the power button again to cycle through 11 light effects. When the desired color is reached, release your finger.

While awake, hold down the power button for 1 second, Immediately after the second LED ring flashes on the power button release it to activate the color cycling mode. While the colors are cycling, tap the power button again to set the desired color.

While the lightsaber is powered off, press and hold the power button for 1 second, Immediately after the first blade flash, release and it will enter sound effect cycling mode

After powering on the lightsaber, hold the power button down for 3 seconds, Immediately after the third blade flash, release and quickly tap and hold the power button again to enter volume mode. When the desired volume is reached, release your finger.

While the blade is in sleep mode (making sure it's not fully turned off - see previous step) hold the power button down for 0.5 seconds, Immediately after the first LED ring flashes on the power button release it to activate sound volume.

Yes, this is also called Flash on Clash (FOC). This can be deactivated too.

The lightsaber can be charged with the provided USB cable. It has a powerful built in and quick charging battery. Plug it in to any USB port or wall. The batteries are rechargeable. Elite models require the battery to be removed from the hilt and charged in the provided battery charger.

The power light button will light up to indicate the battery is successfully charging and once fully charged the power button light will switch off, *certain models. Some models do not have a light up function. Full charge is 4-8 hours. Please do not leave this charged in overnight as it may overheat and cause serious damage.

It may require 8 hours of charge time if it has not been fully charged yet since receiving it?

Otherwise this issue sounds like the battery has shifted inside the battery compartment within the hilt. It may need a hard reset for it to activate again.

Doing this is very easy and can be done by safely twisting the bottom half of the hilt using your hand.

Once you have gained access to the battery compartment, simply remove the battery out and leave it for 5 minutes. Place it back inside and start the lightsaber up again as normal. This should correct any electrical glitch.

The lightsaber may be in mute mode! Fixing this is simple. Turn off your lightsaber. While the blade is in sleep mode (making sure it's not fully turned off, hold the power button down for 0.5 seconds, Immediately after the first LED ring flashes on the power button release it to activate sound volume.

This issue indicates the battery may not be making contact with the plates inside. Open the battery compartment using your hands to twist the bottom half of the hilt and carefully adjust the connectors so that the positive and negative both touch easily.
